Aramark UK is seeking a 2nd Chef at Army Training Centre Pirbright to lead kitchen shifts in the Head Chef’s absence and deliver meals for recruits in a busy, supportive team.

You will manage production, monitor stock, maintain high hygiene standards, and train staff. The role offers a permanent, full-time 37.5-hour week across early and late shifts, including some weekends at ATC Pirbright.

• Lead kitchen shifts in the Head Chef’s absence.

• Prepare dishes to spec with full understanding of menu and allergen requirements.
• Manage production levels, minimise waste, place orders, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Receive and store deliveries using FIFO standards.
• Champion high cleaning and hygiene standards through regular deep cleans.
• Ensure staff are trained, confident, and set up to shine in their roles.
