Qualifications

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decisions.
• IT literacy and adaptability to new digital tools.
• Good numerical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SCADA and GIS is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in water networks, treatment, or regulation is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the water supply system to identify risks and implement timely solutions.
• Use data and technology to maintain water quality and support maintenance projects.
• Coordinate responses to ensure uninterrupted service and safety.
• Provide guidance during emergency work to prevent environmental damage.
• Assess information from emails, calls and control room systems to prioritise risks.
• Support 24/7 operations and contribute to incident management.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain service standards.
