Job summary

Severn Trent is seeking a Network Controller to secure, manage and prioritise waste tanker needs, ensuring safe, compliant operations and strong stakeholder relationships. You will join a 24/7 team, supporting planned work to prevent floods and pollution, with a focus on KPI performance and right-first-time solutions.

The role requires SAP and MS Office proficiency, a full UK driving licence, and a collaborative, proactive attitude to care for communities. 16/7 shift pattern applies.

Qualifications

• Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate and interpret technical information.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistic schedules for reactive/planned tanker work with stakeholders to maximise efficiency and service.
• Plan, manage and communicate tanker schedules to relevant personnel and departments.
• Ensure operations comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, STW teams, COSC and other departments.
• Manage incidents per policy and communicate decisions to operations and stakeholders.
• Produce post-incident reports for stakeholders.
