South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting two Site Managers to lead capacity management, staff deployment and clinical safety across the organisation. The role focuses on maintaining safe staffing, bed flow and hospital throughput during elective and emergency pressures.

You will work 12-hour shifts, days and nights, including weekends and bank holidays, with part-time options. You must be a first level registered nurse, degree educated, with at least five years post‑registration

Qualifications

• First level Registered Nurse educated to degree level with at least 5 years post‑registration experience, including 2 years at band 6.
• Experience identifying and resolving capacity pressures and placing patients appropriately during high demand.
• Good understanding of patient flow drivers and constraints.
• Ability to think strategically and provide leadership, mediation and negotiation.
• Experience delivering site capacity management and 24/7 hospital operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage capacity and implement escalation procedures out of hours with clinical practitioners.
• Lead on clinical safety and ensure safe staffing levels and patient flow.
• Allocate staff resources and ensure beds are appropriate for clinical needs.
• Collaborate with General Managers, on-call manager and executives during in-hours and out-of-hours.
• Ensure hospital-wide site integrity and 24/7 operations.
