Kettering-based Control Room Operator role with 1st Reaction Security Limited. The post involves monitoring CCTV, handling emergency calls, coordinating Alarm Response Officers, and ensuring Lone Worker safety systems function effectively.

Shifts include 4 on/4 off with day shifts 07:00–19:00; occasional nights. Requires Front-Line SIA Licence and full UK driving licence; benefits include leave, pension, and overtime opportunities.
