Job summary

Investigo is recruiting for a Lodge Manager to lead a high-profile, customer-facing operation in Oxford. You will oversee a busy, 24/7 front-of-house service, ensuring a safe, welcoming and professional environment while managing a diverse team.

The role requires experience in facilities, security, hospitality or customer service, with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills to operate in a fast-paced setting. A strong benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in facilities, security, hospitality, residential services, or front-of-house operations.
• Confident leader with strong communication, organisational skills, and decisive decision-making in fast-paced settings.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 front-of-house service delivery and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a 24/7 front-of-house team.
• Manage rotas, leave, and performance management.
• Maintain high customer service and front-of-house standards.
• Oversee visitor management, access control and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with escalation and resolution.
• Support health & safety, fire safety and business continuity.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and procedures.
