Position: Medical Receptionist (25 hours per week)

Working hours: 1.00 pm - 6.00 pm Mon-Fri (hours non-negotiable)

Hourly rate: Depending on relevant experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly Practice team in the west end of Aberdeen. You must maintain a calm, controlled, and positive attitude in a demanding work environment.

The role involves speaking with patients in person or on the telephone to address their requests or queries in a helpful and efficient manner, as well as general office and administrative tasks. Excellent IT skills, attention to detail, proactivity, adherence to procedures and protocols, and understanding of confidentiality are required.

Flexibility to work additional hours to cover leave or sickness is an advantage.
