NEOM Wellbeing in Bicester Village, UK is seeking a Keyholder to lead by example and create an exceptional customer experience across 21 hours over 3–4 days, with weekday and weekend shifts including until 9:30pm. You’ll bring warmth, calm energy and a genuine passion for wellbeing to every interaction.

• Previous retail experience (health/beauty environment desirable).

The Role

This isn't your average retail role. As a Keyholder at our NEOM Wellbeing Hub in Bicester Village, you'll be one of the people who sets the tone, leading by example and creating an experience that stays with every customer long after they leave.

Working 21 hours across 3 to 4 days, you'll bring warmth and confidence to every interaction and show up with calm energy and real presence, even when it gets busy. As part of the Bicester Village destination, flexibility is key. You'll need to be available across weekdays and weekends, with late nights until 9.30pm as part of the mix.
