Job summary

NEOM Wellbeing Hub in Bicester Village is seeking a friendly Keyholder who will set the tone for in-store experiences, lead by example, and engage customers with warmth and confidence during busy periods.

You’ll work 21 hours over 3–4 days, including weekends and evenings until 9:30pm, with a strong emphasis on wellbeing values, inclusion, and excellent service, within a fast-paced, supportive team at NEOM Wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in health/beauty.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to store goals.

Responsibilities

The Role

This isn't your average retail role. As a Keyholder at our NEOM Wellbeing Hub in Bicester Village, you'll be one of the people who sets the tone, leading by example and creating an experience that stays with every customer long after they leave.

Working 21 hours across 3 to 4 days, you'll bring warmth and confidence to every interaction and show up with calm energy and real presence, even when it gets busy. As part of the Bicester Village destination, flexibility is key. You'll need to be available across weekdays and weekends, with late nights until 9.30pm as part of the mix.

• Previous retail experience (within a health/beauty environment is desirable)
• A passion for wellbeing
