TUI Group in the UK invites you to join its three-year Finance Graduate Programme, designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders through placements across the function and real business impact from day one. Based at Wigmore House, Luton with hybrid working, the programme starts September 2027.

Applications open 2 November 2026. You’ll gain experience across Finance areas, work with senior stakeholders and complete a supported professional qualification.

About the Finance Graduate Programme

Our three-year Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of Finance leaders at TUI. You'll gain valuable experience through a variety of placements across the Finance function, working on real projects and making a genuine impact from day one.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Build experience across different areas of Finance


• Work alongside experienced professionals and senior stakeholders


• Develop commercial and analytical expertise


• Complete a professional qualification through our supported development programme
