Job summary

TUI invites aspiring aircraft engineers to join the Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship Programme 2027. You will learn from experienced engineers while gaining hands-on maintenance experience on our fleet in the UK.

Based at Birmingham, Manchester and Gatwick, the programme combines practical work in base and line maintenance with study towards your apprenticeship qualification, supported by a buddy and mentor network.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop practical skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for training in aviation maintenance.

Responsibilities

We're excited to announce that our TUI Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship Programme 2027 will open for applications on 12th January 2027, with successful candidates joining us in September 2027.

What opportunities will be available?

Our Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship Programme offers the chance to learn from experienced engineers whilst gaining hands-on experience maintaining TUI's fleet.

Apprenticeship Roles Will Be Available Across

Base Maintenance

Working in our maintenance hangar environment, you'll support planned maintenance activities, inspections, repairs and modifications on our aircraft.

Line Maintenance

Birmingham

Manchester

Gatwick

Working alongside our operational engineering teams, you'll help ensure our aircraft are maintained safely and efficiently, keeping our customers flying.
