Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP environment.
• Microsoft certifications MS-900, Azure Administrator and/or Security Administrator (external validation preferred).
• Specialism in mobile device management or security administration is desirable.
• Outstanding communication skills with professional engagement at all levels.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Genuine passion for technology and proven troubleshooting ability.
• Collaborative team player in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

Joining the Managed Services Team, you will play a hands‑on role in keeping client infrastructure running securely and efficiently.

Day to day you can expect to:

• Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot complex client issues across the Microsoft ecosystem


• Support end‑users within Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop and server environments


• Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure and services to the highest standards


• Apply strong network troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly


• Deliver excellent, professional service to a varied and demanding client base

What We Are Looking For

Please note: MSP experience is essential for this role. Applications without a background in a Managed Services Provider environment will not be considered.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working within an MSP environment


• Microsoft certifications required or actively in progress: MS-900, Azure Administrator and/or Security Administrator (external validation is essential)


• A specialism in mobile device management or security administration is highly desirable


• Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally at all levels


• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
