Job summary

All Care Services is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to provide 2:1 support for a client living at home with multiple needs, day and night. You will work within a small local team delivering person-centred care.

You will require experience in complex care, PEG feeding, epilepsy management, and strong communication. DBS check or willingness to obtain is essential; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential.
• Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management.
• Excellent communication, including non-verbal techniques.
• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 care for a client in their own home, day and night.
• Follow care plans and document care activities.
• Coordinate with the care team and report changes promptly.
