River Exe Healthcare Limited is seeking compassionate carers to support a young woman with complex mental health needs in Bodmin. This 2:1 package focuses on emotional wellbeing, independence, and safety, with no personal care required.

You’ll work 12-hour shifts, 12pm–7pm, always alongside a second carer. The role offers full training, an induction programme, and opportunities for progression within a stable local team.

Competenze

• Experience in mental health or complex care is preferred.
• Calm, compassionate, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Female carers preferred; driver status recommended.

Mansioni

• Support with mental health and emotional wellbeing.
• Build trusting relationships and encourage independence.
• Assist with daily routines, cooking, activities, and community outings.
• Provide reassurance and structured daily support at home and in the community.
