Independent Community Care Management, part of CCH, is hiring in Leicester for a care role supporting a non-verbal young gentleman with complex clinical needs. You will provide personal care, food and medication prep, and assist with moving and handling in a 2:1 package.

Training is provided and DBS clearance is funded. Full training and paid induction are offered, with opportunities for career progression within the group and family-friendly policies including enhanced leave for life events.

Qualifications

• Oral suctioning and medication administration are essential.
• Experience with moving and handling equipment (postural support, sleep systems, hoist, manual wheelchair) is required.
• Clinical skills relevant to complex care needs are necessary for interview consideration.

Responsabilités

• You will be looking after a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs in a 2:1 care package.
• Provide personal care, food and medication preparation and administration, and moving and handling tasks.
• Regular oral suctioning and monitoring for aspiration risk as part of daily care.
