Job summary

Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician in Birmingham for a major infrastructure project. The role covers electrical installation, maintenance, and testing, adhering to BS7671 standards and RAMS.

Expect 18th Edition wiring, 2391 testing, and CSCS/ECS/JIB cards. Working days up to 55 hours weekly with lodge allowances; 18-month duration on-site.

Qualifications

• Approved Electrician status with valid JIB Gold card.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) knowledge and compliance.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection certification.
• ECS/JIB/CSCS card for site access.

Responsibilities

• Electrical installation, maintenance, and testing on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Working with SWAs, containment, wiring, panels, and control systems.
• Ensuring compliance with BS7671 regulations and site-specific safety procedures.
• Fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing electrical issues as required.
• Collaborating with engineers, site managers, and other trades on-site.
• Adhering to health & safety regulations and RAMS.

Job description

Position: Electrician

Location: Birmingham

Duration: 18 Months

Hours: Days - Up to 55 Hours per week - Monday to Saturday

PAYE Pay Rates:

Days:

1st 40 Hours Mon-Fri: £21.42/hr + £2.58/hr hol pay - £24.00/hr

Over 40 Hours Mon-Fri / Sat All Hours: £26.78 + £3.23/hr hol pay - £30.00/hr

Lodge: £60.00 per day (over 50 miles from site)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Electrical installation, maintenance, and testing on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Working with SWAs, containment, wiring, panels, and control systems.
