Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is partnering with an IT & Cyber Security company to recruit a Junior 1st Line Support Engineer in Waterlooville. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional support and learning on the job to grow into 2nd and 3rd Line roles.

Responsibilities include responding to requests via phone, email, and ticketing system; logging and triaging tickets; resolving straightforward issues with team support; escalating complex issues;

This is a fantastic opportunity to get real on the job training and development alongside nationally recognised certifications and eventually progressing into 2nd and 3rd Line Support Engineer roles. As a 1st Line Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers when issues arise. Your primary responsibility is to deliver friendly, professional support and learn fast.

• Monday - Friday (office hours)
• Full on the job training and certifications
