Liverpool MSP IT Support Engineer Role

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 plus benefits

The Opportunity

Are you currently working on a service desk or within IT support and looking to join a company that offers progression? Or perhaps you have a passion for IT, have just graduated, but haven't yet managed to get your foot in the door? Then this is the job for you.

As a 1st line IT Support Engineer, you'll be based in the Liverpool office for an MSP that provides solutions to a range of clients. They have recently won contracts and need to expand their support team.

This company strongly encourages team development and is keen for employees to upskill and be offered promotions—an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to progress their career.

You will work in a team of 8 engineers, resolving IT issues for external customers to ensure their businesses run smoothly. The role requires customer focus and the ability to manage customer expectations. There is also an opportunity to complete certifications if you're willing to study.

If you have a few months or years of hands-on IT experience, that's great, but the most important qualities are the right attitude, interest in starting a career in IT, and a willingness to learn to become a great 1st line support engineer.

A driving license is required to visit customer sites. The role offers free city centre parking.
