  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong skills with Windows-based applications & tools (M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM).
  • Exceptional level of customer service and confidentiality.

  • Very strong technical skills in all aspects of IT support
