Job summary

Berenberg is seeking an IT Support Engineer in London to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across onsite and remote desksides. You will support a wide range of technologies and collaborate with business units within our Innovation & Technology division.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Citrix XenApp, Windows OS, Office365, Intune, and finance systems like Fidessa and Bloomberg, plus basic networking knowledge. On-site work is emphasized with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing hardware/software to technical fixes via multiple channels (phone, remote, on-site).
• Proven familiarity with Citrix XenApp, Windows OS, Office365, Intune, telephony and finance apps (Fidessa, Bloomberg).
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/WiFi networks and basic IT project participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT workplace support across onsite, phone, remote channels.
• Resolve incidents and requests and document solutions in ServiceNow or similar system.
• Assist with upgrades, fixes and IT projects, including mobile device migrations.
