Job summary

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a proactive 1st Line Support Analyst to join our ICT Device team. You will be the first contact for resolving hardware and software issues across the council, helping staff work efficiently with Windows OS and common office tools.

You will work within a flexible scheme, with PVG scheme considerations and a focus on excellent customer service, problem-solving, and clear communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• This post is regulated under PVG scheme; PVG membership required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common office software.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
