We are recruiting for a telecommunications company for the role of 1st Line IT Support Analyst. Join a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of wireless connectivity solutions, playing a key role in delivering high-quality technical support in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for technical support issues, managing incidents via ITSM platforms, phone, email, and live chat
  • Maintaining clear communication with end users, updating tickets in line with QA standards, and meeting SLAs
  • Managing user lifecycle tasks such as account creation, access modifications, and deactivations for starters, leavers, and role changes
  • Providing on-site support like hardware installations, equipment decommissions, and issue triage at customer locations, with training provided

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a 1st Line IT Support role with a proven record of resolving technical issues
  • Strong understanding of network topology, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Industry certifications (e.g., Cradlepoint, Ruckus, Cisco) are advantageous
