Job summary

M&G PLC is recruiting a Financial Crime Data & Analytics Manager to lead 1LOD MI design, development and governance. You will drive dashboards, data processes and analytics to monitor risk indicators and enable proactive remediation across the business.

This role requires strong SQL/Python skills, experience in asset management, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions, while collaborating with risk, compliance and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Financial Crime risk, ideally within the Asset Management industry.
• Ability to translate complex Financial Crime, regulatory and business requirements into data, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across first line, second line, technology and change functions.
• Experience developing data strategies, data dictionaries, data lineage and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce and maintain Financial Crime MI dashboards and reporting tools, including automated data pipelines.
• Analyze KRIs and MI to ensure performance within risk appetite; escalate breaches with insights.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architecture to maintain robust data infrastructure for Financial Crime analytics.
• Lead the development backlog for Financial Crime MI and analytics initiatives, aligning with regulatory commitments and business priorities.
