Job summary

M&G plc is seeking a Senior Financial Crime Data and Analytics Manager to lead MI development, data pipelines, and risk reporting within a robust governance framework. The role partners with 2LOD and business units to drive data-driven decisions.

You will iterate on KRIs, dashboards and analytics capabilities, leveraging automation and AI where beneficial, while ensuring data quality and regulatory alignment across the Financial Crime function.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Financial Crime risk analytics.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into data solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across 1st/2nd line, technology and change.
• Proficient in SQL, Python and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce and maintain 1LOD Financial Crime MI dashboards and reports.
• Develop, test and enhance data pipelines and analytics tools.
• Analyse KRIs and governance metrics to ensure risk appetite alignment.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to optimise data infrastructure.
• Lead data quality testing and governance controls for Financial Crime outputs.
• Provide strategic insight on emerging data, analytics and technology opportunities.
