At M&G, we offer a role in financial crime data analytics within the 2LoD Global Financial Crime Compliance PRAGMA team. You will contribute to strengthening the KRI framework, monitor risk metrics and work with Risk, Compliance and Technology to improve data governance and reporting.

The position covers AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery and due diligence. Flexible working arrangements are available to support balance and performance.

Competenze

• Good knowledge of financial crime data and risk management, including KRIs and MI across AML, sanctions, fraud or CDD.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting or governance within financial crime, risk or compliance.
• Experience working with tech/data teams to test, document and implement automated solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across 1LoD/2LoD.

Mansioni

• Maintain and operate KRIs and risk tolerances for the Group financial crime framework.
• Develop and refine financial crime KRIs to monitor risk appetite tolerances.
• Monitor KRIs and support timely reporting and escalation of tolerance positions.
• Respond to data-related queries from Business Unit 1LoD and 2LoD teams.
• Identify data inaccuracies and control gaps; coordinate resolutions.
• Support data infrastructure with CITO; ensure fit for purpose.
• Develop, test, document, and implement automated solutions to enhance processes.
• Undertake investigation-related data and analytics activities.
• Perform data quality testing to ensure MI accuracy.
• Communicate the GFCC KRI framework and data quality expectations to stakeholders.
• Identify training needs from KRI changes or data findings.
• Collaborate with Group Risk and Compliance stakeholders and 2LoD teams.
• Enhance GFCC MI reporting suite including governance and dashboards.
• Validate data across reporting processes and systems.
• Take on additional tasks within the team as required.
