Job summary

M&G is seeking a data analytics professional to strengthen the Group’s financial crime risk framework through data-driven oversight and reporting. You will work in the 2LoD PRAGMA team, supporting KRIs, risk tolerances and MI across AML, sanctions, fraud and CDD.

The role offers exposure to data governance, dashboard development and collaboration with Risk, Compliance and Tech. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting monitoring of KRIs, risk appetite metrics and MI across AML/sanctions/fraud/AB&C/CDD.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting or data governance in financial crime or risk roles.
• Experience collaborating with tech/data teams to implement automated solutions and improve controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate the M&G Group KRI framework and tolerances.
• Develop and refine financial crime KRIs to monitor risk appetite.
• Monitor KRIs and support timely reporting and escalation of tolerance positions.
• Respond to data-related queries from 1LoD/2LoD teams and resolve data issues.
• Identify data inaccuracies and assist resolution with relevant teams.
• Support data infrastructure with CITO for GFCC MI reporting and governance.
• Collaborate on automated solutions to enhance financial crime processes.
• Conduct data validation and integrity testing for MI accuracy.
• Communicate KRI framework and data quality expectations to stakeholders.
• Identify training needs from KRI changes or data quality findings.
