Job summary

Booker is seeking a local delivery driver for Kirby Liverpool. You will load stock, deliver to customers and manage paperwork, working 45 hours per week on an Any 5 from 7 rota to keep shelves stocked and customers happy.

Requirements include Cat C / 18T licence and at least two years driving, with weekend work possible. A strong benefits package accompanies the role and career opportunities within Booker and Tesco.

Working on an “Any 5 from 7” contract, our shift patterns will include some weekend working.

You will be responsible for

Making sure our customers are able to keep their shelves full with the products needed by their customers. You’ll be loading stock in to the vehicle at the Branch and unloading at the customer premises. You’ll also need to ensure the paperwork is completed accurately.

You will need

Cat C / 18T Licence

Previous experience of driving (at least two years)

Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred

Ability to carry out manual deliveries

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude

Good level of literacy and numeracy
