Job summary

Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting a friendly, reliable and professional Part-Time Call Centre Agent to join one of our established clients based in Daventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for Part -Time 15 hours per week , with shifts available days, afternoons and Night Shifts.

You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries by telephone, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers receive accurate and helpful information.

Qualifications

• Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good listening and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and polite with difficult customers.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Reliable, punctual and organized approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Handle customer requests, questions and complaints calmly and efficiently.
• Make outbound cold calls where required.
• Record customer information and update records accurately.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Follow company procedures and elevate complex issues when required.
