Job summary

McKeevers Chemists in Rostrevor is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our community pharmacy with flexible 4-day or 5-day working patterns from 9am-6pm. You will be a registered Pharmacist, delivering patient care and overseeing operations.

This leadership role offers growth, a supportive team, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on local health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the PSNI.
• Experience in a community pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with patients, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail for safe service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Be a registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI).
• Have previous experience working within a community pharmacy setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services.
• Show strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the local healthcare and pharmacy landscape.
• Be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
