Job summary

Prospect-Health in the Highlands is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead a modern, highly automated dispensing pharmacy. You will oversee clinical services, drive patient-focused care, and manage a dedicated team within a compliant, efficient operation.

With excellent support from an Area Manager and Owner, a competitive salary (£60,000–£75,000 per annum) and a profit-sharing scheme, the role offers visa sponsorship and relocation options for the right candidate. GPhC registration is required.

Job description

Are you searching for a Pharmacist Manager role that offers advanced technology, a supportive team, and genuine community focus?

The first fully automated dispensing pharmacy in the Highlands, is looking for a motivated Pharmacist Manager to take the helm of a forward thinking and well run pharmacy.

Dispensing 7,500 items per month, you'll be supported by full automation, Proscript PMR and full staff complement, giving you more time to focus on service delivery.

Managerial experience is preferred (ideally 2+ years) but not essential, as full training and support will be given from both the Area Manager and the Owner.

Independent Prescriber status is not required, though IPs will receive additional financial uplift.

Fantastic profit share opportunity to increase salary further.

Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-6pm, Saturday 9-1pm (Please note, this is a full time position within these hours).

Package and Benefits:

• Salary: From £60,000 p/a - £75,000 p/a (negotiable based on experience)
• IP Supplement: Additional monthly remuneration
• Holiday Entitlement: 28 days + 9 public holidays

• Additional: Visa sponsorship available
