Working hours are typically 48 hours per week, with shifts during days, evenings, nights, and weekends, including on-call duties if you have access to a company van.

Your Role

As a Traffic Management Operative, you will:

• Conduct Traffic Counts and communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain Temporary Traffic Lights for safe traffic flow.
• Deploy and remove traffic management equipment such as cones, signs, frames, and sandbags.
• Mentor new trainees.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Minimum M1/M2, SLG Unit 2 considered.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
• Driving Licence: Full, with no more than 6 points; bans must be over 5 years ago.
• Testing: Pass drug and alcohol tests.
• Attitude: Positive and proactive.
• Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, attention to detail.
• Training: Signing a training agreement required.
