Job Details

1. You’ll be challenged with rewarding assignments, ensuring the safe delivery of traffic management for our wider team.
2. Upholding our traffic management policies and procedures and working within the framework of health and safety legislation.
3. Setting up safe traffic management sites, in line with the National Highways Sector Schemes 12D, 12AB, and 12C, and relevant regulations and guidelines.
4. Undertaking risk assessments in line with traffic management policy.
5. Traffic management qualifications must be current.
6. Traffic management operatives will be responsible for tasks including risk assessing, planning, implementation, and managing traffic sites.
7. You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions. We seek team players who are dynamic, capable of managing their workload, and eager to learn. A willingness to get a little wet is appreciated.
8. A driving license is essential due to the nature of this role.
9. Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
