Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our team across the UK. You will work with direct labour and subcontractors, meeting targets and deadlines while maintaining high safety standards.

Duties include setting up temporary traffic lights, directing traffic flow, reading CAD traffic management drawings, and reporting issues to site management. A 12D M5 Lantra qualification and the right to work in the UK are required, with Drug & Alcohol checks

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management roles is required.
• Lantra 12D M5 qualification is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Drugs & Alcohol test pass.
• Ability to read CAD traffic management drawings.
• Team player with reliable attitude.

Responsabilités

• Set up temporary traffic lights as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary lights.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure safety and compliance with RAMS and Health & Safety at Work Act.
• Unload/load materials and report defects.
• Work to deadlines and coordinate with team.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking both Operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• M5 Operative

Scope of Role:

Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties may include:

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and
• Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.

• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
