Job summary

Allstate NI offers a 12-month year-in-industry placement for IT undergraduates with a keen interest in customer technical support, including hardware, software and networking. The role is based in Belfast or Derry/Londonderry and aims to build hands-on experience within an Agile technology team.

You will receive mentorship from senior leaders, exposure to modern technologies, and structured development opportunities, while contributing to real business challenges and customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in the UK.
• Expected to be in second year of computing-related degree by June 2027 or third year for IT degrees.
• Achieve 2.1 classification or higher in current modules to date.

Responsibilities

• Optimize employee satisfaction by delivering a welcoming support service.
• Provide personalised incident management and act as single point of contact for updates.
