Job summary

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains is offering a 12‑month Manufacturing Scheduling Placement programme. You will contribute to turning engineering designs into precision components within world-leading timescales and gain exposure to supply chain management, production control and reporting.

We seek an organised, analytical candidate able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, with basic Excel skills; SAP experience is desirable. On track for a 2.1 degree or above in a relevant area.

Qualifications

• On-track to achieve a 2.1 degree or above in a relevant field.
• Interest in production control, scheduling and supply chain management.
• Comfortable with basic Excel and SAP experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing production orders, prioritising workloads and aligning demand with shop floor capacity.
• Coordinating material availability, monitoring lead times and subcontractor relations.
• Using Excel to schedule, track progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
