Chelmsford College is seeking a highly motivated Apprenticeship Coach to support our Engineering and Trades apprentices and their employers.
You will be the first point of contact for apprentices and employers and will support a cohort of learners from induction through to end point assessment, developing strong relationships and motivating them to succeed. You will conduct regular reviews and use a coaching approach to help learners develop and apply the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed in the workplace.
We are looking for a coach with an understanding of apprenticeships, strong ICT skills and the ability to work in a well organised and flexible manner.

Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.
