Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint a proactive, committed, and enthusiastic Supported Employment professional as a Job Coach within the Apprenticeship Team. The successful candidate will support apprentices in the workplace, particularly those who are neurodiverse or have SEND.

The role involves working closely with work mentors, employers, and the education team to ensure the successful completion of apprenticeships and facilitate their transition into permanent, sustainable employment.
