Chelmsford College is seeking an innovative, enthusiastic, and motivated Lecturer in Functional Skills and GCSE English.
The successful candidate will join an experienced team at a time of growth, with opportunities to shape our curriculum for 16-18-year-olds and adults. You will deliver engaging lessons to learners studying English, impacting their academic progress. Qualifications offered include AQA GCSE English Language and Pearson Functional Skills English from Entry Level to Level 1.
Applicants need subject-specific qualifications and previous teaching experience. We welcome both experienced and newly qualified or unqualified teachers. Experience in assessing Functional Skills English is beneficial. Lessons are delivered across our two sites during the day and in the evening for adult provision.
