Are you passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning? Chelmsford College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer in Functional Skills and GCSE English. The successful candidate will join an experienced team at a time of growth, shaping our curriculum for 16–18-year-olds and adults. You will deliver engaging lessons in English, impacting learners' academic progress. Qualifications offered include AQA GCSE English Language and Pearson Functional Skills English from Entry Level to Level 1.
Applicants need subject-specific qualifications and teaching experience. We welcome both experienced and newly qualified teachers. Experience with assessing Functional Skills English is beneficial. Lessons are delivered across two sites during the day and in the evening for adult provision.
