Job Description:

The Motorsport Competence Group is looking for a motivated and flexible race team mechanic at our headquarters in St. Ingbert / Germany.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and prepare GT cars according to specifications
• Follow car build procedures strictly, respecting deadlines
• Report reliability issues and collaborate with Engineering for solutions
• Adhere to technical and operational protocols
• Manage a team of mechanics
• Participate in pit stops, ensuring precision and pace

Qualifications:

• Broad motorsport mechanical experience, minimum 5 years in GT3, F1, FE, LMDH, WEC, or DTM
• Proven ability to deliver quality race cars under tight deadlines
• High standards, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work closely with team members in high-pressure environments
• Willingness to travel and flexible working hours, including weekends
• German language beneficial; English essential
