Job summary

Aspire is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist individuals in their own homes across Scotland. You will provide personal and clinical care, support with daily routines, and help young people with autism and challenging behaviours.

Experience is welcome, but a full induction and ongoing training are provided. You’ll be joining a values-led, employee-owned organisation that supports growth, with flexible shifts and opportunities to make a real difference every day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting young persons 1:1 in their home.
• Provide personal and clinical care.
• Dealing with complex needs including verbal and non verbal.
• Supporting young people with autism and challenging behaviour.
• Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines.
• Encourage social participation and independence.
