Job summary

Tp-Tutors in Northumberland (NE21) is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Tutor to support a student with SEN. You will deliver personalised tuition, adapt lessons to the learner's needs, and help them progress academically and socially.

The role requires recent experience with SEN learners, ability to tailor instruction, and strong communication and behaviour-management skills. You will work during school hours on a part-time basis, with DBS checks and right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEN students.
• Experience delivering 1:1 tuition.
• Ability to differentiate and personalise learning.
• Excellent communication and behaviour-management skills.
• Desirable teaching or tutoring qualifications.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
