Job summary

Stanley Grove Primary and Nursery Academy is seeking a dedicated SEND Support Assistant to work under the guidance of the Class Teacher and SENCO. You will provide high-quality 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs.

You will help children access learning inside and outside the classroom, contribute to an inclusive, nurturing learning environment and work closely with families and external agencies to support pupil progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with or caring for children.
• Ability to support pupils with additional needs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
