Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate teaching assistant to join our team at Cardiff Primary School, providing 1:1 support to a child with behavioural needs in a primary setting. This role offers hands-on experience and the chance to make a real difference in a learner's day.

You will work closely with the school team to create a safe, engaging learning environment, stay patient and proactive, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a primary setting is desirable, but not essential.
• DBS Enhanced check with update service or willing to undergo a new check.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding training.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
