Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching with experience working with students facing barriers in mainstream settings.
• Proficiency in lesson planning with differentiated and individualized learning activities.
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and colleagues.
• Experience in training or mentoring, supporting learners in developing academic, social, and emotional skills.
• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent) and relevant classroom experience.
• Ability to manage behaviour positively and maintain a calm, nurturing learning environment.
• Strong organisational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
