Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking a compassionate female Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a little girl in her family home in Hatfield, Doncaster, alongside her 3 family dogs.

You will support with complex epilepsy, PEG feeding and ketogenic plans, asthma management, moving and handling, personal care and sensory activities, while following care plans to ensure safety and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a young girl in her family home.
• Assist with complex epilepsy, PEG feeding and ketogenic plan.
• Support moving and handling and personal care safely.
• Understand care plans and deliver safe, compassionate care.
