Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking Support Workers for our Burnley service. Roles include day, evening, sleep-in shifts and weekends; driving is essential. You will provide 1-2-1 support to residents with learning disabilities, autism and brain injury, helping them live independently and stay engaged in the community.

The team values dignity, empathy and empowerment, with lone-working and shift patterns. A driving licence is strongly preferred though not mandatory for all roles.

Qualifications

• Shifts include days, evenings, sleep-ins and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-2-1 care to residents with disabilities.
• Support residents to live independently and participate in community activities.
• Assist with health, well-being and personal care.
• Complete records and documentation as required.
• Maintain safety and dignity of residents.
