Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking Support Workers for our Burnley service. Roles include day, evening, sleep-in shifts and weekends; driving is essential. You will provide 1-2-1 support to residents with learning disabilities, autism and brain injury, helping them live independently and stay engaged in the community.
The team values dignity, empathy and empowerment, with lone-working and shift patterns. A driving licence is strongly preferred though not mandatory for all roles.
About The Role
We are looking forSupport Workersto work within our supported living service in Burnley. Covering days, evenings, sleep ins, and weekends. Driver is essential as the people we support have their own mobility cars. The people we support have a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism and acquired brain injury.
