Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking Support Workers to join our supported living service in Burnley, covering days, evenings, sleep ins and weekends. Driving is essential as residents have mobility cars.

You will provide 1-2-1 care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and brain injury, following individual care plans. The role involves lone working, shift work and possible sleep-in duties with both full-time and part-time hours available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-2-1 care to residents with complex needs.
• Support residents to live independently and participate in community activities.

• Complete relevant records and care documentation.
• Promote health and wellbeing and respect individual choices.
