Job Description:

Simply Education is proud to work in partnership with a number of Primary Schools across Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, and Rushden. We are seeking Teaching Assistants, including SEND TAs for 1:1 support, to start as soon as possible with the high possibility of roles continuing into September 2024.

We are looking for TAs with experience working with SEND pupils on a 1:1 basis. You will provide care, support, and consistency for students in a primary environment, helping them access the curriculum using differentiated support and resources.

Working hours are usually 8:30-3:30, sometimes 8-4 to accommodate individual needs.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have a positive attitude towards children and learning.
2. Possess a strong work ethic.
3. Have a genuine passion for education.
4. Have at least 6 months of experience, though all experience levels will be considered.
5. Understand SEND needs.

Requirements include:

1. Proof of 'Right to Work in the UK'.
2. 10-year checkable work/education history.
